Defines principles and criteria for the expert evaluation of working capacity and means of its assessment. Provides for work organization of bodies in charge of evaluation of working capacity (medical consultative commissions, territorial expert medical commission, national expert medical commission). Deals with evaluation of temporary work disablement (conditions for leave) and residual working capacity or total work disablement.
