Amends several sections covering, inter alia, ss. 5 (limitations regarding the right to unemployment benefit), 5b (full-time studies for unemployed persons), 19 (length of period for adjusted daily cash benefit) and 43c (representative to protect the livelihood of the unemployed). Adds several sections, inter alia, sections 5(5) (limitations regarding the right to unemployment benefit) and 28(7) (application for unemployment benefit).
