Amends several sections covering, inter alia, ss. 3 (payment of contribution), 29(1) (payment of pension), ss. 35, 36(1), 37 and 38(4) (financial and administrative rules of the pension fund). Adds ss. 35a, 35b, 39a, 56a (financial and administrative rules governing the pension fund), and 64d (applicability of s. 31 of the Pension Insurance Companies' Act No. 354 of 1997). Repeals ss. 29(2) and 30.
