Second Region

Provides for the protection of wages of workers. Establishes that wages are to be paid in legal currency. Prohibits remuneration in forms other than in wages. Prohibits agreements specifying where and when a worker is to spend wages. Prohibits interest on wage advances. Specifies which types of deductions are legal or not. Provides for the registration of wage payments. Sets penalties for offences.
