Second Region

Establishes regulations on the collection of social security insurance contributions. Part One governs the payment of contributions. Establishes rates of contributions. Regulates the deduction of wages. Establishes the liability of employees between the ages of sixteen and sixty to pay contributions. Regulates the time of deductions and contributions. Grants employers the power to deduct employee's contributions from their wages. Provides for the calculation of deductions, the payment of contributions and the consequences of the failure to pay contributions. Part Two makes miscellaneous regulations. Governs the keeping of records by employers and for returns by employers. Provides for the inspection of an employer's records. Governs the consequences of the death of an employer. Sets penalties for offences.
