Provides for the employment and training of persons and for related matters. Establishes the duties of the Minister responsible for Labour under the act. Provides for the establishment of employment exchanges and employment offices. Regulates the appointment of employment officers and provides set the duties of employment officers. Governs training and schooling for employment. Establishes an Employment advisory board to report on employment trends and evaluate employment policy in Dominica. Grants the minister with the power to make regulations for the purposes of carrying out the act. Sets offences and penalties
