Provides for an amendment of the State Decree containing general measures, of 11 April 1987 (P.B. 1987, No. 46), in connection with a change of the personnel structure of the Central Commission for Organized Consultation in matters concerning civil servants (Centrale Commissie voor Georganiseerd Overleg in Ambtenarenzaken). Provides for the possibility for the trade union Sindikato di Trahadornan di Aduana i Fiskalia (S.Tr.A.F.) to assign 2 members and 2 deputy members to the Commission.
