Abstract/Citation
Amends the Trade Union Act 1992. Extends the Act to workers in establishments, businesses, services outside of establishments, self-employed persons, and agricultural workers. Also amends provisions regarding the functions of trade unions, trade union associations, trade union federations, and registration and amalgamation of trade unions.
