Abstract/Citation
Contains 24 sections covering, inter alia, objectives, applicability to foreigners, forms of manpower services (vocational guidance, adult education, vocational rehabilitation, educational and vocational information), benefits, special assistance for disabled persons, prohibition to charge fees, cooperation between labour authorities, secrecy duty, entry into force and miscellaneous provisions. Repeals the Labour Exchange Act (No. 246 of 1959), the Act on vocational guidannce (No. 43 of 1960), and the Act on the organization of the labour exchange for disabled persons (No. 401 of 1962).
