Abstract/Citation
Amends the Income Support (General) Regulations 1987 (S.I. 1987/1967), the Jobseeker's Allowance Regulations 1996 (S.I. 1996/207), the Social Security (Adjudication) Regulations 1995 (S.I. 1995/1801) and the Social Security (Claims and Payments) Regulations 1987 (S.I. 1987/1968) in order to provide for cases where an amount in respect of mortgage interest is included in a person's or his partner's applicable amount for income support or income-based jobseeker's allowance. Provides for the recalculation of mortgage interest.
