| Résumé/Citation: | This Act outlines new conditions for trial, detention and compensation. Section I repeals Sections 63-4, 208-A, 208-B, 208-G, 233-3, 260-2, 267, 309, 323, 324, 325-1, 401-2 & 3, 402-1 and 412 of the Criminal Code. Section II adds new clauses (18, 18A, 24 and 251) Section III adds a second clause to Section 205 and a final one to Section 328. |
