Amends the Social Security (Registration of Employed Persons and Employers) Regulations, 1972 by revoking and replacing Regulation 2, by replacing the words "contribution card" with "deduction card" in Regulations 5 (in the margin note), 5(2), 5(3), 5(4), 5(5), 6 (margin note), 6 (entire Regulation), 7 (margin note), 7 (entire Regulation), and 8(2), by amending Regulation 4(4), 6(4) and 7(1) and by revoking Regulation 10.
