Second Region

Provides for the applicability of the Disability Provisions Act for Young Disabled Persons (Wajong) to interns, as far as that is not yet the case on the basis of Section 5, Subsection 2 of that Act. Interns shall enjoy the same rights as students regarding the right to benefits in the case of disability for work.
