Second Region

Amends s. 4 which provides that asylum-seekers who have an open application for asylum in a safe third State shall not be entitled to asylum in Austria. Also amends s. 32 which provides for a shortened time-limit for appeals in cases in which application for asylum is obviously unwarranted.
