| Résumé/Citation: | Makes substantial amendments to the Contract Employment Act 1948 (BGBl. 46) regarding authority of employers in the public service, responsibilities of contract workers in relation to superiors, transfer of workplace, duration of contracts, and wages. Adds a new Division VI which provides for training and conditions of employment of contract workers who perform manual labour. Makes subsequent amendments to the Civil Service (Employment) Act, 1979, the Federal Job Announcement Act 1989, and other related legislation. |
