| Résumé/Citation: | Amends provisions of the Act concerning the hiring of disabled persons (22/1970). Inter alia, allows the Labour Ministry to set the ratio of disabled persons to be hired at 1 out of 40 employees for certain economic sectors (as opposed to the 1 out of 25 ratio set forth by the Act of 1970). The amendments also concern the determination of disability by competent authorities and valid reasons for discontinuing an employment relationship with a disabled person. |
