Abstract/Citation
Provides for comprehensive employment accident benefit, personal injury benefit, benefit in case of medical malpractice, and vocational rehabilitation following employment accidents. Insurance shall be also available for self-employed persons and private domestic workers. Governs registration for insurance, coverage, benefits, administration, and financing.
