Second Region

Amends the Decree concerning working hours in the transport sector in connection with the addition of chapters on road transport, aviation, inland navigation, sea navigation and pilots. The amendments are made under European Union Ordinance Nos. 3820/85 and 3821/85 of 20 December 1985, and the Council's Directive No. 94/33/EU of 22 June 1994. Furthermore these amendments are related to the London Treaty on Norms for Seafaring concerning education, diplomas, and watch duty of 7 July 1978 and ILO Convention No. 180 concerning Seafarers' Hours of Work and the Manning of Ships.
