Second Region

Sets forth rules as provided for in section 8, subsection 11 of the Disability Benefits Act for Self-employed Persons to determine the level of benefits. Enacted as a result of the introduction of differentiation of premiums and the possibility of assuming one's own risk with regard to the Disability Benefits Act.
