Regulates the protection of citizens during their employment abroad with a foreign employer and when they return to Yugoslavia; the obligations of enterprises, other legal persons and employers who send employees abroad for temporary employment; the procedure and conditions for sending employees abroad in the context of international technical and cultural cooperation; and the types and means of protection of the rights and interests of citizens employed abroad and members of their families.
