Second Region

Provides for the payment of the monthly special allowance provided for in section 1 of Act No. 90 of 1998 to workers working inside the Arab Republic of Egypt, whether on a permanent or temporary basis or by appointment through the System of Administration of the State, for local administration units, public establishments, or companies in the public sector. These provisions also apply to civil servants in high positions or whose affairs are regulated by special laws and regulations. Also provides for the manner of calculating this allowance and the manner of its payment.
