| Résumé/Citation: | Prohibits night work for women and persons younger than the age of 18; Part II prohibits the employment of children in general in industrial undertakings, except in family enterprises. Part III regulates child labour in undertakings other than industry or seafaring. "Child" is defined as a person under 14 years of age. |
