| Résumé/Citation: | Adds a new chapter to the third part of the Penal Code. This chapter consists of two sections: 375 bis and 375 bis 1. Section 375 bis provides for penalties imposed in case of harassment or the threat of force. Section 375 bis 1 provides for an increase in the extent of the minimum and maximum penalty for any other offence committed as a result of the commission of a crime provided for in the previous section. |
