Amends ss. 7(2) (apprenticeship), 15(4) (applicability of Act No. 602 of 1984 to determine right to benefit), 18(2) (right to refuse participating in training abroad), 22a(1) (period of unemployment preceding right to benefit), 25(1) (payment of benefit without trial of the unemployed person's economic conditions), 28(2) (application for labour market subsidies), 34(1) (opinion regarding the conditions to grant such subsidies) and 39 (applicability of Act No. 602 of 1984 to protect the livelihood of unemployed persons). Adds s. 34a (right to obtain information upon processing unemployed person's right to benefit).
