Repeals subparagraphs 1(10) and 6 of s. 5, and s. 7a(2). Amends ss. 3(3) (executive bodies), 5(2) (limitations to right to daily cash benefit), 7a(1) (valid reason to refuse work) and 9(1) (right to daily cash benefit in certain cases). Adds ss. 4a (right to daily cash benefit while executing voluntary work), 5b (full-time student), 7(7) (obligation to accept work), and 8(2) (duty to participate in training).
