Résumé/Citation: Defines disability and disability grades, sets measures of occupational and social rehabilitation, regulates conditions of employment of disabled persons and imposes on employers specific duties and obligations while employing disabled persons. Regulates tasks and organisation of social services for disabled persons. Also establishes a National Consultative Council for Matters relating to Disabled Persons as well as a National Fund for the Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons.
