| Résumé/Citation: | Amends the Restitution of Land Rights Act so as to, inter alia, bring provisions in line wih the Constitution of 1996; to provide that a regional land claims commissioner or an interested party may under certain circumstances apply for an interdiction prohibiting the development of the land; to provide for the election of persons to represent a community for the purposes of a claim; to repeal the requirement that the Minister of Land Affairs shall issue a certificate of feasability when a claim is referred to the Land Claims Court; and to extend the powers and regulate procedures in relation to the Land Claims Court. |
