| Résumé/Citation: | Adds a new paragraph to s. 240 of the Penal Code promulgated by Act No. 58 of 1937, which reads as follows: " Forced labour punishment shall be inflicted for not less five years if the act provided for in the previous paragraph was committed by a doctor with the intention of transplanting an organ or part of an organ from a living person to another living person. This penalty would be inflicted for life if the action resulted in the death of the victim." |
