Abstract/Citation
Repeals sections 21D, E, F, G, H, I and J of the Employment Ordinance. Amends the Trade Unions Ordinance, and adds new provisions regarding refusal of the Registrar to register the rules of a trade union, prohibition of the use of trade union funds for political purposes, and affiliation of trade unions with organizations in foreign countries. Repeals the Employee's Rights to Representation, Consultation and Collective Bargaining Ordinance (101 of 1997).
