Second Region

The eligibility for persons looking for work and who are in need of social services to find employment is herewith regulated. Regulation has become necessary because of the large number of work provision requests. This Decree is placed under the Social Work Provision Act ("Wsw") and will be referred to as the Indication Social Work Provision Decree ("Besluit indicatie sociale werkvoorziening"). Related to this Decree are two others of 6 October 1997: Stb. No.468 which concerns the finances of work provision services, and Stb. No.467 which provides for guidance services for disabled recipients of the social work provisions.
