Defines for the purposes of the State Ordinance Labor Disputes which enterprises are prohibited from staging industrial actions until mediation efforts have been exhausted. This includes enterprises relating to gas, electricity, water, energy, medical services, oil, as well as hotels with more than 20 rooms, and airlines.
