Abstract/Citation
Amends provisions of the Labor Decree in order to allow exceptions from working time regulations. Allows night work and longer working hours for certain professions, including those in shipping and air transportation. Extends allowed overtime hours up to 72 hours per week, calculated for a period of four weeks. Also provides for the compensation of overtime work through free time.
