| Résumé/Citation: | Sets the maximum hours of work at 8 per day and 45 per week, and provides for the granting of permits to work overtime. Covers rest periods and prohibits work on Sundays and holidays, with exceptions. S. 15 prohibits child labour; work performed in connection with schools, labour camps and reformatory institutions shall not be considered child labour. Women and children are also prohibited from performing night work. |
