Second Region

Inserts a new section 1613x which stipulates that a short term labour contract may only be concluded for temporary labour, replacement of absent workers, execution of precisely defined projects, or casual or irregular work. Short term labour contracts which do not observe the above shall be subject to provisions relating to termination of indefinite contracts.
