| Résumé/Citation: | Provides for organization and tasks of the labour inspectorate in charge of the application of legislation concerning labour relations, employment, occupational safety and collective agreements. The Inspectorate is an independent body of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy. The inspector named can be a person with a highly specialized qualification and at least 3 years of professional experience. During an inspection, the inspector has the right to examine, inter alia, all work spaces and workplaces, working equipment, protective equipment, conditions of work. The inspection is compulsory once a year at least. |
