Second Region

Trade unions and trade union federations can create establishments for the technical and professional training of their members. Removes the ban on the exercise of trade union activities except the ones mentioned in the act. Abrogates the article which prohibits trade unions from engaging in political activities. Prohibits the adoption of names, labels and brands belonging to political parties as well as the granting of donations to them. Removes the power of the state to exercise an administrative and financial control over trade unions.
