The Framework Regulation Early Retirement National Civil Servants Act ("Wet kaderregeling vut overheidspersoneel") is provided in Stb. No.640, 1995. The purpose of this amendment is to harmonize the pension and resignation provisions given to civil servants and public teachers with those employees in former public institutions which are now private.
