Abstract/Citation
Reduces the cost of employing long-term unemployed workers by exempting the national insurance premiums which would otherwise have to be paid along with remuneration. This is possible when unemployed people participate in the job pool which was initially established in 1990. See further Stb. 960, 1994 regarding the time frame for premium exemptions.
