Abstract/Citation
This Act provides for a comprehensive revision of the Social Insurance administration and its related management of costs and benefits. The purpose of these amendments is to harmonize social insurance provisions and services with the gradual privatization of various national and community health care services and to provide for the new social security administration by the National Institute Social Insurance ("Landelijk institut sociale verzekeringen" - "Lisv"). This act precedes the Introduction Act Organization Act Social Insurances 1997 which is provided in Stb. No.96, 1997. Following this Act is the Stb. 99 of the same date which provides for some further administrative regulations of the same general act (Osv 1997).
