Comprehensive amendments are brought to the Organization of Social Insurance ("Osv 1997"). These are herewith introduced and printed in full text. They concern the administration of social insurances, the premiums and benefits as well as eligibility for most categories of workers, umeployed persons, disabled persons and old-age pensioners. This Act will be referred to as the Introduction Act Organization Act Social Insurances 1997. The amendments made in this Act concern, inter alia, the following: the Unemployment Act of Stb.93, 1987; the Occasional Act Limitation of Income Consequences for Work Incapacity Criteria of Stb.93, 1996; the Work Disability Insurance of Stb.89, 1987; the (Health Act) Sickness Benefits Act ("ZW" - "Ziektewet") of Stb.88, 1987; the General Work Incapacity Act of Stb.127, 1990; the Work Incapacity Insurance of Stb.340, 1971; the Adjustment Benefit Regulation Additional Premium Transfer Act of Stb.127, 1989; the Supplementary Benefits Act ("TW" - "Toeslagenwet") of Stb.91, 1987; the Invalidity Act of Stb.205, 1913; the Coordination Social Insurance Act of Stb.552, 1987; the General Old-Age Act of Stb.129, 1990; the General Child Benefit Act of Stb.128, 1990; the Work Disabled Employees Act of Stb.300, 1986; the Employment Creation/Promotion Act 1996 of Stb.618 & 619, 1996; the Civil Code Book 2; the Civil Servants Act of Stb.5, 1994; the Act Financial Provisions Privatization ABP of Stb.302, 1994; the Privatization Railway Pensions Fund Act of Stb.680, 1993; the General Act Extraordinary Health Costs of Stb.392, 1992; and others.
