Second Region

The Pension and Saving Funds Act is herewith harmonized with the provisions which employers make in the name of their employees. Among various regulations, this Decree provides for equalization of benefits for full-time and part-time workers as well as the rights to pension benefits for the spouse following a divorce. This Decree will be referred to in the future as the Pension Agreement Decree.
