Amends ss. 31 (reclaim of undue benefits paid), 40 (appeals procedure), 41 (considered date of receipt of decision addressed to claimant), 43 (the setting aside of decisions), 43 (a) (correction procedures), and 45 (5) (agreement to transfer right is void). Adds ss. 40 (a) (correction of clerical errors) and 40 (b) (late appeal).
