Provides for the establishment of government ministries, including the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs. The Ministry shall, inter alia, draft labour legislation, determine workplace safety and health standards, assist in dispute settlement and collective bargaining, and undertake studies relating to labour and social matters. |
