On the basis of the labour market, the county labour council determines the conditions for obtaining the grant provided by the council and the range of training courses in which the labour centre supports the participation. If taking advantages of the grants, the unemployed graduate will be subject to the obligation to co-operate. The competent labour centre shall pay the fee of the training provided for the unemployed graduate. Also provides for the conditions for granting other kinds of employment subsidies.
