Defines the status of unemployed school graduates. The person must be under 25 years of age (30 years of age if he has a university degree); he must comply with all requirements needed for commencing employment; he must be registered by the county or Budapest labour centre; he must be willing to work even if the labour centre is unable to offer him an adequate job. The labour centre provides information on placement opportunities and on grants to promote employment at educational fora. It also organises job-markets. On the basis of a so-called cooperation plan, the labour centre provides a service that is adapted to the individual assets of the unemployed graduate. Determines the conditions for obtaining working experience. On the basis of the labour market, the county labour council determines the conditions for obtaining the grant provided by the council and the range of training courses in which the labour centre supports the participation. If taking advantages of the grants, the unemployed graduate will be subject to the obligation to co-operate. The competent labour centre shall pay the fee of the training provided for the unemployed graduate. Also provides for the conditions for granting other kinds of employment subsidies.
