| Résumé/Citation: | Comprehensive legislation concerning industrial licenses, industrial register, means of encouraging and supporting the development of industry, and obligations of firms. Creates a Public Body of Industry which shall develop policies to foster industry. The percentage of Kuwaiti personnel engaged in a Kuwaiti industrial enterprise may be no less than 25 per cent (s. 31). |
