He must be registered by the county or Budapest Labour Centre. The Labour Centre provides information on placement opportunities and on grants to promote employment at educational forum. It organises job-markets. On the basis of a cooperation plan, the Centre provides a service that is adapted to the individual assets of the unemployed school-leaver. The National Labour Council determines the range of vocational skills for which the unemployed school-leaver is entitled to obtain working experience and the range of training courses in which it supports the participation.
