Provides comprehensive legislation governing cooperatives. Covers such matters as the establishment, registration, administration, management, rights and duties, financial matters, accounting, amalgamation, and dissolution of cooperatives. Part XIV deals with the Co-operatives Tribunal. Repeals the Co-operative Societies Ordinance 1946 and subsequent legislation.
