Abstract/Citation
Amends provisions of the Workplace Relations Regulations relating to disclosure of information, protection of benefits during industrial action, and application of industrial agreements to successor employers. Inserts a new Schedule 8 which provides for protection from discrimination in Australian Workplace Agreements. A new Schedule 9 prescribes a model dispute resolution procedure.
