Abstract/Citation
Provides amended regulations for calculating salary and benefits for employment contracts. This is provided to harmonize the above with the unemployment insurance ("WW"), the Health Act ("Ziektewet"), the General Workers Disability Act ("AAW"), the Disabled Workers Insurance Act ("WAO"), the Act on minimum wage and minimum holiday supplement ("WML"), the Occupations Act ("Beroepswet"), and others. The Act is henceforth called the Consequence Gross Salary Regulations Act ("Wet gevolgen brutering uitkeringsregelingen"); it was first enacted in Stb.743, 1993.
